Quiet and perfect location near trains to Florence, Lucca, Pizza and surrounding area, and delle Rose for 3 days in a residential area. Outstanding food, excellent service.

The location is absolutely the most important thing, and also tha fact that the price was fair.

Helpful and business like staff

There was a rumbling noise throughout the night which was quite disturbing

my wife and i know the region very well and know freinds who have stayed in this hotel so it came with a good recomendation, the staff at the desk are 5 star and the rest of the staff so very helpful and polite and with good sence of humour. a realy good hotel.

we do not normaly eat in hotel resteurants so i have no coments to make.

I got the same perfectly clean superior room with a good shower that I had booked online, and I liked it. the room had central heating, a work desk, and a TV set. - the location was great, right by delle Rose for 3 days, Lucca, Pisa, and surrounding areas. It was also close to trains to Florence, Lucca, and Montecatini.

Close to Lucca, only about 15 minutes by car. The breakfast was quite good, at least they had wholegrain-bread.....

The beds were horrible ( very hard ) it was also were hot and damp in the room, even if we were using the aircondition.

The female staff were very friendly and efficient - the male staff less so. The Villa was beautifully decorated with a grand staircase and period paintings. The location was good for visiting Lucca, Montecatini Terme and Pistoia. Swimming pool and outside garden very comfortable. Room equipped to a high standard. Bar, Pool side and Room service facilities all provided.

If you are a light sleeper then the hourly churchbells, major road and trains coming into and out of locate station could be a problem. I wear ear plugs. The hotel is located at least one kilometere from shops so the car was a necessity to leave the hotel grounds.Definitely not located in the Tuscan countryside. The local town Pescia looks like it is in recession with many shop closing and far too many fast food places catering to locals. Difficult to find a good evening meal and we probably had our worst ever Salad Nicoise in this town. Montecatini Terme, 8 km away, is definitely worth visiting and has wide choice of restaurants.

This place is situated in a quiet area, just a short walk away from Lucca or Florence. it is close to the train station and a good selection of restaurants.

Typically Italian, very nice place to stay.

The location of this place was great, close to the train station, the food was fantastic, the bar had a nice atmosphere, and the staff were extremely friendly and memorable.
